There is no registration fee. Congress abstracts will be prepared as flash memory or CD.
Application for Papers
Abstracts for the oral and poster presentations, as a maximum 2 pages MS-Word document, should be submitted electronically to “submission@kaucuk2016.org”. Abstracts format and typing instructions can be downloaded by the “Abstract Template” given below.
In your submission e-mail, please indicate the “relevant topic” you would like to contribute.
Poster Preparation Guidelines
Posters should not be larger than 90 (horizantal) x 110 (vertical) cm and should be in one paper.
All margins should be 2 cm.
Font style and size should be easy readable. Title font size should be 60, bold (please take care for not to exceed two lines). For the author names and contact information, font size should be 30, bold; it is 16-18 for the other sections. Subsection titles should be written in 24 point, bold.
Name of the presenter should be underlined.
Two column text and embedded figures are preferred.
Posters should contain Introduction, Materials & Method, Results & Discussions, and Conclusion subsections; references should be listed below the text in smaller font size.
There is no limitation in color selection; the colorful figures and photos are preferred for improved visual quality. Font style and sizes in the figures are recommended to be same and easy readable. Figures should be large enough to see from a moderate distance.
